Great way to end our trip. Gorgeous food, cereal and fresh fruit. A mini refrigerator, coffee, and a TV in the room and the large bed. Excellent location near everything and really helpful staff. And close to the lake and town from as well as the town centre, a supermarket and the bus station.

It had a good choice of meals for breakfast, including cereals and fresh fruit. Hotel's location was perfect and excellent, on the hills. Café Merienda located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

That was what I call great base for a short stay. I was offered a warm breakfast with plentiful fresh fruit. Very attentive and exceptional staff who were always there to help. This homey and excellent hotel was in central location unable to get into a lot of the pubs.

All in all everything was great, had an excellent stay for another 4 nights each time. I loved the room with excellent views. Its location was particularly good, near to Hope Park, Hope Park and Derwentwater and the Lake District.
